Frequently asked questions
Is it SkillsFuture-claimable?
No. PAI-01 is S$380 nett for everyone and is not a WSQ course.
Can PRs and pass holders join?
Yes. The course is open to Singapore Citizens, PRs and pass holders at any age.
Do I need to code?
No. You will build with the ChatGPT desktop app using plain language.
Which ChatGPT plan do I need?
A paid plan is required. ChatGPT Plus is the recommended minimum at about US$20/month, paid separately to OpenAI. We can help you set it up in class.
Can I use my work laptop?
Corporate devices and accounts may block apps or connectors. Test access beforehand, or bring a personal laptop if your company allows it.
What is the refund or transfer policy?
Email hello@goraise.sg to request a cancellation. More than 14 days before the course, you can receive a full refund. From 7 to 14 days before the course, you can receive a 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the course, fees are non-refundable. If GoRaise cancels the course, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to a future run.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a GoRaise Certificate of Completion. There is no assessment, and this is not a WSQ course.
