Information we receive

When you visit, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel collect information about page visits and interactions, such as the pages viewed, course links and registration buttons clicked, browser and device details, approximate location, and campaign or referral information. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.

When you email us, book a call or register for a course, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address and booking details. The booking calendar and existing registration form use Google services. Our course checkout stores the attendee's name, email, mobile number, date of birth and residency status, course, seat count, payment status and campaign information. HitPay handles PayNow and card payments. We do not collect card numbers on this site.

How we use information

We use enquiry, booking and registration details to respond to you, arrange calls, administer courses and communicate practical information about your booking. We use website interaction data to understand how the site is used, improve its pages and measure campaigns. Meta Pixel data may also support advertising audiences.

Analytics, cookies and other services

Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel load when a page opens. They may record checkout starts and confirmed purchases, including order value and a booking reference. We also report verified payments from our server to Google Analytics and Meta, so a purchase can be recorded even if you do not return from the payment page. Campaign links, browser identifiers, IP address and browser information help connect bookings to advertising. Attendee names, email addresses, date of birth and residency are not included in these analytics events. Their providers may process website interaction data under their own terms and privacy policies. You can read Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. Your browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, although blocking cookies may not stop server payment reports or every request made by a tracking script.

If you use our embedded booking calendar or follow a registration link, Google may collect information on those services. If you pay for a course, HitPay processes your payment under its own terms. Other external links take you to sites with their own privacy practices.

Sharing, storage and retention

We use service providers to host the site, process course payments, deliver email and Google services, and measure website activity. Information handled by these providers may be processed outside Singapore. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and any applicable legal or business record requirements. The period depends on the type of information.
